breezy canopy
a titmouse lays her daily egg

ustreptala krosnja
zeba polaže jaje

visoko gore . . .
hram ševine pesme
zasenio jutro

very high up . . .
a temple full of larksong
dazzles my morning

an ancient church -
two turtle doves roost
on its gold dome

prastara crkva -
na njenom zlatnom krstu
dve gugutke

refleks mlade čaplje na vodi
leti ili pliva?

young heron's reflex on water -
is it flying or swimming?

eastward bound
a peregrine's ascension
up the mountain

istočna granica
sivi sokol se uzdiže
ka vrhu planine
