Duga gusta noć
krije miris čempresa,
roj svitaca.

(st18.09.03a)

A long thick night
hides- cypresses fragrance,
swarms of fireflies.

Haiku Harvest Vol 4. No. 2 – March-May 2003

Jato živih munja.
Krug lutajućeg neba.
Sve brze senke.

(st18.09.03b)

Alive lightning flock.
Circle of roaming sky.
All speedy shadows.

Haiku Harvest Vol 4. No. 2 – March-May 2003

Krug belog vuka.
Kljun mladog meseca.
Dah pustare.

(st18.09.03c)

Circle of white wolf.
The beak of new moon.
Breath of wilderness.

Mala olovka.
Iza nje ostaje
duga linija.

A small pencil.
Long line
stay behind.

Nikoga nema
pred vratima. To samo
dobuje kiša.

There is nobody.
It's a rain
drumming on the door.

Jesenja magla.
Sa drveta pred kućom
cedi se voda.

Autumn mist.
Down the tree in front the home
water seeping.

Most je porušen.
Obale spaja
velika duga.

Broken bridge.
Two sides of the river
linked by the rainbow.

Zima na selu.
Pod nogama smrznuta
zemlja sa balegom.

Winter in the village.
Under feet frozen
soil and dung.
