suncokret vene

with a dragonfly

u bašti -

autumn morning -
pine needles
round with rain drops

jesenje jutro -
kap kiše oko svake
borove iglice

September night
dust and smoke
hide so many stars

septembarska noć
dim i prašina skrili
obilje zvezda

funeral over -
traces of tears wiped
from my spectacles

posle sahrane -
tragovi suza izbrisani
sa naočara

moonless night-
crickets sing
for a street light

noć bez meseca -
pesma cvrčaka
uličnim svetiljkama
