over the grass -
insects wait for the night

jara nad travom -
insekti
čekaju noć

as I sit
on the porch
silent trees

dok sedim
na verandi
spokoj drveća

autumn rain
in the park -
distant step sounds

jesenja kiša
u parku -
udaljeni koraci

deserted house -
cold wind blowing down
from the mountain

napuštena kuća -
vetar s planine
duva kroz nju

clouds disappear -
countless stars
in autumn sky

oblaci nestali -
na jesenjem nebu
zvezde bez broja

raindrops
grow bigger
in autumn

kišne kapi
narastaju
u jesen

In the stillness I
stand on the lakeshore, almost
turned into a tree

stojim spokojan
na obali jezera, skoro
zagnjuren u drveće

quiet koi
in the pond
....still summer

riba miruje
u jezercetu
.... još uvek leto

white sail
on a blue horizon -
high and low waves

belo jedro
na plavom horizontu -
smenjuju se talasi

cloud after cloud
crickets chirping
louder

oblak za oblakom
pesma cvrčaka
sve glasnija

warm
in my pocket-
a red leaf

toplo
u mom džepu
crveni listić

out of the dark
oxalis
colors

iz tame
plamte
boje oksalisa

right wind left wind
at this intersection
early spring

vetar s leva vetar s desna
na raskršc/u
rano proleće

spring sunlight
on the crowd's back
street after street

prolećno sunce
na ledjima prolaznika
iz ulice u ulicu
