Dah Mora - Breath of the Sea
Haiku and haiga

Jadran Zalokar (Meštrovićeva, Croatia)

return to the Bookshop ...

my silence
and a seagull's cry
follow the rainbow

in the room
and on seagulls' wings
the smell of the sea

daybreak
through the flock of birds
spring clouds

instead of leaves
on the broom the smell
of soil and sea

wind
on the road --
the smile on lips

the sun and seagulls
pass the remnant
of my soul

in the gale
green leaves
listen to the sea

a mother's hands
send a kiss
through the bus

haiku evening.
Reading the poetry -
I have already departed

By my hands
to catch the cloud!
January

At the edge of the roof
three pigeons,
then only one...

Why I have forgotten
to warm by kisses
her cold hands?

through the cobweb
I also unlock
the memories

showing me
no direction -- the branches
of the autumn forest

A choice of haiku by Jadran.
