The most famous and most traditional producer of boza is the Vefa brothers whose cafe is right next to the tomb of the great saint Vefa efendi, and where they serve out boza in the old unheated place where everyone comes in and stands and drinks a cup of boza whith a light sprinkle of cinammon.
